Blending under our own roof
Manufacturing moves in-house, so the fertilizer going out the door is made to our own analysis instead of bought in from somebody else's plant.

The Imperial formulation
Imperial Lawn Fertilizer 15-5-10 — the 3-1-2 ratio built with Texas A&M, carrying 2% iron, 15% sulfur and seven trace elements — becomes the standard spring feed for Houston-area lawns.

A Gulf Coast retail network
Sales routes reach beyond Houston into Austin, Beaumont and San Antonio, and the line shows up on the shelf at garden centers, feed stores and co-ops across the coast.

Today
Still on Neuhaus Street
Salespeople, drivers, warehouse hands and office staff run the plant and the routes from the same address the company opened at in 1985.

Wholesale distribution
We sell through garden centers, feed stores, co-ops and landscape supply yards rather than direct to the public. Ask for Nitro-Phos by name at your local retailer.
Built for the Gulf Coast
Alkaline clay, sandy Coastal Prairie ground and long, hot summers decide what goes in the bag — not a national marketing plan.
